A 24-hour fitness center with a yoga studio is available to residents of Griffis Lafayette Station.

Is there a swimming pool or hot tub?

We have a year-round resort-style pool as well as an all-season spa.

Is there a business center or coworking space?

We offer a business center to support our residents who work from home.

Are there any common areas or social spaces for residents?

Griffis Lafayette Station offers several common areas for residents to hang out and gather including a resident lounge, year-round resort-style pool with an all-season spa, and an outdoor fire pit area.

Are there any additional fees or utilities not included in the rent?

Utilities – Residents will pay the utility provider directly for their use of gas and electric. Community utilities will be charged through a third-party vendor: water, sewer, storm water, common area gas and electric, trash, and green living.

What documents are required for the leasing process?

Current government-issued photo identification and social security number (if applicable).

How do I pay rent?

Are there any income requirements or credit checks?

Total household gross income of 2 times the rent.

Income verification and a credit screening are required.

Can I sublet my apartment?

Subletting is NOT permitted.

Please contact the leasing office to discuss an early lease termination or adding an additional leaseholder.

What are the accepted methods of rent payment?

Paying your rent online via credit card, debit card, or direct debit (ACH) is quick and easy through our resident portal. We also accept e-money orders, personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders.

Are there recreational trails nearby?

There are several recreational trails near our community that you can explore. Here are a few options:

Coal Creek Trail: This trail is a well-loved 14-mile long path that winds its way through Louisville, Lafayette, and Erie, offering fantastic views of the Rocky Mountain Front Range. The trail is mostly concrete, providing a smooth route for outdoor recreational activities.

Rock Creek Farm Loop Trail: A flat, 5.2-mile loop trail that provides chances to see wildlife and is suitable for all skill levels.

Waneka Lake Trail: A 1.2-mile loop trail around Waneka Lake in Lafayette, offering scenic views and also used for fishing.

Davidson Mesa Loop: A 3.3-mile loop trail located near Louisville, Colorado that features beautiful wildflowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options.

Bob L Burger Recreation Center Trails: This isn't a single trail but a network of trails accessible from the recreation center in Lafayette.

Indian Peaks Golf Course Trail: A 3-mile loop trail that circles the golf course. It's perfect for a variety of outdoor activites.
